Request a ride saw a steady increase in downloads, peaking at around 10.3K in the week of December 25. Weekly active users fluctuated slightly throughout the quarter, reaching a high of approximately 170.7K in early December before ending the quarter with about 154.4K users.
Similarly, Bolt: Request a Ride experienced growth in downloads, with a notable peak of 9.7K in December’s final week. Active users for Bolt also showed an upward trend, increasing from about 15K at the start of the quarter to approximately 17.5K by the end.
Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had a relatively stable download rate, with a slight dip in the final week of December to around 231 downloads. The number of active users remained consistent, hovering around 10K throughout the quarter.
Careem – rides, food & more showed a modest increase in downloads, peaking at 581 in the last week of December. Active users also saw a significant rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 1.3K users.
Lastly, Cabify experienced a decrease in downloads, starting with 670 in late September and dropping to around 341 by the end of December. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at approximately 4.5K and ending the quarter with about 3.5K users.
